Migrations
If you already have broadband, you can transfer it to us very simply and without any downtime. All you need to do is contact your current supplier and request your MAC CODE.New Installations
When you get your number from BT, you need to check the broadband is available by using our line checker: Line CheckerA £50 installation fee applies to new broadband installs. You will also require a router that we can provide, or you can purchase elsewhere. All our routers are sent out preconfigured for easy setup.
Fast Track Installation
Standard broadband takes 5 working days to install. If you need it quicker, the installation can be fast tracked reducing this time significantly. The cost for this is £199.Direct Debit Discount
