No subscription charges - just pay 0845 LoCall costs for what you use 56k, 64k ISDN and dual 128k. Just create a new dial up connection within Dial up networking on your computer (all you need is a standard modem) and enter the following information:
Telephone Number: 0845 055 1854
Username: hosting
Password: systems
