Already have broadband?

Its easy to move your broadband service over to Hosting Systems Broadband.
All you have to do is ...

STEP 1 Contact your current broadband provider and tell them you would like to move your broadband service away and ask them for a MAC key. (Ensure that they do not cancel your broadband service).

STEP 2 Once you have your MAC key call us on 0870 121 1085 or email adsl@hostingsystems.co.uk

STEP 3 Once we have received your order we will begin the migration process, this should take about 7 working days to migrate (or you can choose your live date during the ordering process).

STEP 4 Continue using your broadband while your service is moved over to Hosting Systems Broadband.

Please note: You can only migrate a like for like service, so for example, if you are presently using a 1Mbps 20:1 broadband service then you can only migrate to our Business Network 1 Mbps. Once you have successfully migrated over to Hosting Systems's broadband service you can then upgrade should you wish to do so.

If you are in the staffordshire / cheshire area, we are able to offer an installation service to help you confirgure your systems to be safe and secure when connected to broadband / ADSL. Based in Stoke-on-Trent in the Midlands, we are happy to visit your company. We offer a full consultancy support service, our standard rate is £85 per hour, with discounted rate contracts available.
